Dominique Aegerter, racing motorcyclist
Before he made up his mind to get into track motorcycle racing, Dominique had ridden motocross for a number of years. In 2003 he finished seventh in the ADAC Junior Cup. Shortly afterwards he started to ride in the German 125 cc team, what he did until he joined the Grand Prix. Fred Corminboeuf and Olivier Métraux took notice of him and let him have two races on the track towards the end of the 2006 World Championship season.
Now Dominique is on the carXpert-Interwetten team and in his seventh Moto2 season. His goal is known: he is going to boost his chances to break into the top five. The goal may seem to be set high, but it’s realistic each time he starts. This is indicated by his talent and the potential he obviously has.
Nimex AG is one of Dominique’s main official sponsors.
