September: foundation of the company in Zurich under the name of NIMEX AG
Import / Export specialized, in consumer products of all nature. |

| 1958 |
Mr. Reinhard von der Crone (former owner) joins NIMEX AG. The company is
promoted to be the liaison office for JC Penney Co, USA; for their imports
from Switzerland, Germany and Austria. |

| 1960 |
The activities regarding the US business are intensified. Exports include
Swiss Embroideries, Notions etc. At the same time, sporting goods from
the Eastern European Countries are imported and a cooperation agreement
with Kaufring in Germany was signed. |

| 1972 |
Kickoff of watch manufacturing and trading. Exports to the US (JC Penney)
of Roskopf- and so called “Stiftanker”-Watches (mechanical watches) for their
1700 stores all over the States. Organization and setup of the aftersales service.
Manufacturing and sales of pocket watches with mechanical movements.
Exclusive distribution of Continental mechanical watches for Swiss- and
German marketplace. |

| 1981/82 |
Acquisition of EVACO SA in Neuchâtel and of EST Economic Swiss Time in
Mupf/AG (former sister companies of SSIH Omega-Tissot). EVACO SA in Neuchâtel
is specialized in the production of high-volumes of pocket watches. Exports to
the USA (JC Penney, K-Mart), Germany (Tchibo, Eduscho). EST produces Swiss Made
watches under the brand name of Continental – Swiss Made Waches since 1924;
among others for Swiss customers and German dept. stores such as Kaufhof, Metro,
Otto-Versand). Other countries including Belgium, France, UK, Spain,
Middle East (Rivoligroup) and Hong Kong are serviced exclusively! |

| 1989 |
Merger of the two companies EST/EVACO SA under one roof and the name of
EVACO SA; Rivoligroup in Dubai acquires the new company. NIMEX AG remains
the exclusive distributor for the brands Continental and EverSwiss; part of the
deal is the aftersales service center for various customers and countries.
Up to today Nimex AG exclusively distributes various brands (Continental,
EverSwiss, Chronotech, Playboy and many more) in Switzerland and the
surrounding markets. Our wide customer base reaches all kinds of stores: from
jewellery stores to dept. and chainstores as well as Etailers and many more. |

| 2003 |
MBO of the company: Mr. H.C. von der Crone takes over the majority of the shares to be
the new Owner and Managing Director of the company.
NIMEX AG is a typical SME (8 employees); headquarters are in Adliswil (Sihltal) near Zurich,
the business capital of Switzerland. We have our own internal warehouse and also rent
space in a large external logistics facility. Our showroom and the service center complete
the professional setup. Through our own sales force we are able offer an efficient service
tool to our customers. |
